Grade 4 Field Trip

Today our Grade 4 students were given permission forms for our Field Trip to the Museum of Science and Technology. Please sign the form as well as the medical information form (both sides). We are going to the museum on Tuesday, April 16th and will need several parent volunteers. Please let us know if you're able to attend and verify with the office that you have an updated Police Record check. Thank you! :)

Parent Survey

This year I am asking the parents of my Grade 4 and Grade 6 Immersion students to fill out a short survey in order to hear from the members of our extended class communities, which is you! Parents/Guardians have very important insight into their child's learning. The more information I have, the better we can support all of my students. Scholastic Canada

This year I am offering the Scholastic Program in both my 4 Immersion and 6 Immersion classes. There are several ways that you can purchase the items that are offered: 1) Payment by cheque: Return order form to me with a cheque payable to Scholastic Canada. (Don't forget to add the tax amount) 2) Pay online: Go to https://parentpay.scholastic.ca/pay and search for my profile. The city is Kanata and the school is St Anne's School. My full name (Elisa Caminiti) can be used to fill in the rest. Enter the Parent Pay Code. Write down the reference number on the order sheet. Return order form to me.
