Grade 4 Field Trip

Today our Grade 4 students were given permission forms for our Field Trip to the Museum of Science and Technology. Please sign the form as well as the medical information form (both sides). We are going to the museum on Tuesday, April 16th and will need several parent volunteers. Please let us know if you're able to attend and verify with the office that you have an updated Police Record check.
